Soil: Clay-limestone and sand.
Vinification / Vineyard management: Green harvesting, manual leaf removal.
Vinification : Aged in stainless steel vats.
Size: 0,5 hectare.
Alcohol content: 13%.
Tasting notes: Pale colour. Very aromatic nose featuring pleasant notes of citrus, typical of Sauvignon, fresh and vivid mouthfeel.
Will pair brilliantly with oysters and other seafood.
